Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions set out the rules for your account with Rose Casino: who can play, the checks we run, how deposits, withdrawals and bonuses work, and what happens if something goes wrong. Please go through them before you register.

Accepting these terms and the changes we make to them
These terms and conditions form an agreement between you and Rose Casino. They apply every time you sign in, place a stake, claim an offer or ask for a withdrawal. By registering an account or using any part of the site, you confirm that you have read these terms, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them.
We may change these terms from time to time, for example when we add a product, change a payment process or update a rule to meet a legal or regulatory requirement. The version published on this page is always the version that applies.
- Where a change is material, we tell you by e-mail or by a message in your account before it takes effect.
- If you do not accept a change, you may close your account and withdraw any available balance, subject to the checks set out below.
- Continuing to play after a change has taken effect means you accept the updated terms.
Who can hold an account, and how to look after yours
Age and residency
You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account or to gamble with us. Gambling is for adults only. You must also be resident in the United Kingdom and access the site from a country where online gambling is lawful. If we find that you were under 18 when you played, we void all stakes, return your deposits by the method used and withhold any winnings.
One account per person
Each player may hold one account. Duplicate accounts, accounts opened in someone else's name and accounts opened to claim the same offer more than once may be closed, and any bonus funds or winnings arising from them removed.
Accurate details
The details you give us at registration, and whenever we ask you to confirm them, must be true, complete and your own. Your name must match the name on your payment method and on the documents you send us. Please keep your address, e-mail address and telephone number up to date in your account, as we use them to contact you about payments and checks.
Keeping your login safe
Your username, password and any other security details are yours alone. Do not share them or let anyone else use your account. Activity carried out with your login is treated as yours. If you believe someone else knows your details or has used your account, change your password and tell us straight away through live chat or at support@casino-rose.co.uk.
Verification checks we carry out on your account
We hold a gaming licence and are required to know who our players are, so we verify accounts. Checks on identity, age and address are completed before your first withdrawal and may be repeated at any point afterwards.
- Identity and age: a clear copy of a valid photographic identity document showing your name and date of birth.
- Address: a recent document in your name showing your home address, such as a utility bill or bank statement.
- Payment method: proof that the card, wallet or bank account you use belongs to you.
- Source of funds: where required by law or by our own checks, information about where the money you deposit comes from.
While a check is open we may hold a withdrawal, limit deposits or pause play on the account. We request documents through your account or by e-mail and handle them in line with our privacy policy. If documents are not provided within a reasonable time, we may suspend the account and, where we are required to, return the balance to the method you deposited with.
Deposits and withdrawals
You may only deposit money that is your own, from a payment method registered in your name. The methods available to you, the minimum and maximum amounts and the expected processing times are shown in the cashier when you are signed in. Balances are held in pounds sterling.
We pay withdrawals back to the method you deposited with wherever that method supports incoming payments. Where it does not, we pay to another method in your name. The limits that apply to each withdrawal, and any amount still subject to wagering, are shown in the cashier.
- Withdrawals are processed once verification is complete and any open checks are closed.
- We do not charge a withdrawal fee unless the cashier states otherwise; your own payment provider may.
- Your account is for play, not for holding or moving money, so we may ask about deposits that are not followed by play.
- If a deposit is reversed or charged back, we may recover the amount from your balance and suspend the account until the matter is settled.
- If your balance falls below the minimum withdrawal shown in the cashier, contact us and we will arrange payment where we can.
Bonuses, promotions and your safer gambling tools
Offers are optional. Each offer has its own terms, published with the offer and sitting alongside these terms; where the two differ, the offer terms apply to that offer.
Bonus terms in general
- Wagering: bonus funds, and winnings from them, must be wagered the number of times stated in the offer before they can be withdrawn.
- Game weighting: games contribute different amounts towards wagering, as set out in the offer terms.
- Maximum stake: a maximum stake per spin, hand or round applies while a bonus is active.
- Expiry: a bonus and anything tied to it expires after the period stated in the offer.
- One per player: unless an offer says otherwise, it may be claimed once per person, household, device and payment method.
Abuse of promotions
We may remove a bonus, void the bets placed with it and close the account where an offer is used in a way it was not intended, for example through duplicate accounts, co-ordinated play on the same offer, low-risk or covering bets placed only to clear wagering, or stakes above the maximum allowed. Your own deposited funds are not affected.
Safer gambling tools and self-exclusion
Your account holds deposit limits, loss and stake limits, session reminders, time-outs and self-exclusion. A reduction to a limit takes effect straight away; an increase is subject to a cooling-off period. Self-exclusion closes your account for the period you choose, and we will not send you marketing during it. GamStop can block you from gambling sites licensed in Great Britain. Free, confidential support is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline.
Closing an account, complaints, liability and governing law
Closing or suspending an account
You may close your account at any time in your account settings or by asking us through live chat or e-mail, and we will pay out any available balance after the usual checks. We may suspend or close an account where you breach these terms, where the details you gave us are false, where the account has been dormant for a long period, where we are required to do so, or where we have reason to believe play is linked to fraud, collusion or money laundering. The handling of dormant accounts is as set out in the cashier.
Complaints and disputes
If something goes wrong, please contact live chat or write to support@casino-rose.co.uk with your username and a short description of what happened. We acknowledge complaints promptly, look into them and reply within a reasonable time, keeping you updated while the matter is open. If we cannot reach agreement, you may refer the complaint to the independent dispute resolution service named in our complaints procedure, at no cost to you, and we will co-operate with it.
Liability
We take care to keep the site and the games working properly, but we cannot promise that they will always be available or entirely free of faults. Where a game, a bet or a payment is affected by an obvious error or a malfunction, the affected bets and any resulting wins may be voided and the stakes returned. We are not liable for losses that are not a foreseeable result of a breach by us, nor for problems caused by your own device or internet connection. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any part of them is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply. These terms are written in English, and the English wording prevails over any translation.
