A worked example
Say you're credited a £100 bonus. At 35× the bonus amount, that's £3,500 of total stakes to place within 30 days. At the £5 maximum bet, 700 rounds would cover it; at £1 a spin it would take 3,500 rounds. If the bonus were £50 instead, the requirement would be £1,750.
