Rose Casino Registration: Create Your UK Player Account

Signing up takes under two minutes and asks for the details we need to confirm who you are. Here is what the form wants, the rules your account has to meet, and what happens once it is open.

Who can open an account with us

An account is for one adult, in their own name, playing for their own enjoyment. You need to be at least 18 and legally able to agree to our terms, and you need to be resident in a permitted jurisdiction, which includes the United Kingdom. You may hold one open account, and that account must be in your own name.

We are licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 23328. That is also why some sign-ups are turned down: if you are registered with GAMSTOP, or a self-exclusion or time-out you set within our network is still running, that exclusion has to expire before a new account can be opened.

  • You are 18 or over and able to enter into the terms
  • You are a natural person signing up for personal recreational play
  • You are resident in a permitted jurisdiction, the United Kingdom included
  • You hold no other open account with us
  • You are not currently self-excluded with us or through GAMSTOP

The details the sign-up form asks for

The form is short and GDPR-compliant, and it only asks for what we need to set up and confirm your account. Use your legal name and your real date of birth, because both are checked against your identity documents later. UK mobile numbers are accepted.

What we ask forWhy it is on the form
Full nameIt has to match your ID and the payment method you use, so give your legal name.
UK addressYour address forms part of your account record.
Date of birthPlay is for over-18s only, so your age is confirmed at sign-up.
Email addressThis becomes the address on your account and where account messages go.
Phone numberA contact number for your account; UK mobiles are fine.

Have your details to hand before you start and the whole thing is over in a couple of minutes. If you mistype something, you can correct it in your account afterwards.

Opening your account step by step

Press Join

The Join button sits at the top of every page. Pressing it opens the registration form.

Enter your details

Full name, UK address, date of birth, email address and phone number. Follow the on-screen prompts in order.

Choose a password you do not use anywhere else

Your email address and password become your sign-in details, so pick something strong and keep it to yourself.

Set your limits while you are there

Deposit limits and time-out options are available from the start. Setting them at sign-up is easier than remembering later.

Make your first deposit

Deposits start at £10. Everything on your account is in pounds, so there is nothing to convert.

Complete verification when we ask

We check your identity after the account is open. Send the documents through as soon as the request arrives and your account is ready to pay out.

Account creation at Rose Casino takes under two minutes from the first field to the deposit screen, and you can stop after the form and come back to fund the account later.

One account per person, and what that means in practice

We run a strict one-account-per-person policy. Duplicate accounts are not accepted, so if you have signed up before, use the account you already have rather than starting again. If you are not sure whether an old account exists under an email address of yours, our live chat team can look into it before you fill in a new form.

The same thinking applies to promotions. Each casino bonus is awarded once per person, per household and per device, unless the terms of that particular offer say otherwise. Two people in one home can each hold their own account, but a promotion will usually only be credited once at that address.

Verification of your identity after you join

Identity verification happens after your account is opened, and it has to be completed before your first payout can be processed. It is a standard check for every UK account, not something triggered by anything you have done, and it is the reason we ask for accurate details on the form.

The practical advice is simple: deal with the request early rather than on the day you want your money. If any of your details change, update them in your account so your records stay correct. Keeping your first and last name, country of residence and a valid email address current is part of the terms you agree to at sign-up.

RuleWhat applies
Minimum age18
Accounts per personOne open account
CurrencyPounds only, for every balance and transaction
Minimum deposit£10
Minimum stake per round£0.10
VerificationRequired after opening, before your first payout
Bonus eligibilityOnce per person, per household and per device unless the offer states otherwise

Funding the account you have just opened

Once you are registered, you can deposit from £10 using Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Trustly, bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Fonix, MuchBetter or Pay by Phone. Choose your method and amount in the Account area, and your balance is credited in pounds.

If you want the welcome package, the qualifying deposit is £20 rather than the £10 minimum. Wagering of 35× the bonus amount applies, you have 30 days to work through it, and a maximum bet of £5 per round applies while any of that wagering is still outstanding.

Setting deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion

Gambling is entertainment, and real money is at stake every time you play, so decide what you are willing to spend before you deposit. Deposit limits let you cap what goes in over a set period. A time-out closes play for a short while, and self-exclusion shuts it down for longer.

Your next big win starts here

Our self-exclusion and time-out tools apply across our network, and we are part of GAMSTOP, the multi-operator scheme that covers UK-licensed sites. The GAMSTOP link sits in our footer. GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline are signposted too if you would rather talk to someone outside the casino. All of it is for players aged 18 and over.

Keeping your account and your personal data secure

Every page on our site runs over HTTPS with TLS 1.2 and 1.3 encryption and SSL validation, so the details you type into the registration form and the cashier are protected in transit. Your financial information is covered by the same encryption.

Your credentials are yours alone. That covers your email address and password, any passcode, security answers, two-factor authentication codes, passkeys and approved device-based authentication. Do not share them, and do not reuse the password elsewhere.

Help while you are signing up

If something on the form will not go through, our live chat is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in English. Email support is there as well, and our FAQ and Getting Started sections answer most of the common sign-up questions. Our blog is worth a look once you are in.

Our games come from more than 60 licensed studios and run on certified random number generators that are independently audited for fairness, with RTP figures and full rules inside each game. There is no demo mode on the site, so individual game information pages describe the mechanics instead.

Registration: questions and answers

How long does registration take?

Under two minutes if you have your details to hand. Press Join at the top of any page and follow the prompts.

What details do I need to sign up?

Your full name, a UK address, your date of birth, an email address and a phone number. UK mobile numbers are accepted.

Can I open a second account?

No. One account per person is allowed and duplicates are not accepted. If you think you already have an account, ask live chat to check before filling in a new form.

Do I have to verify my identity?

Yes. We verify your identity after your account is opened, and it must be done before your first payout is processed. Sending your documents in early saves waiting later.

Can I register if I am on GAMSTOP?

No. An active GAMSTOP registration, or a live self-exclusion or time-out within our network, has to expire before a new account can be opened.

How much do I need to deposit after signing up?

Deposits start at £10. If you want the welcome package of up to £5,900 plus 200 free spins, the qualifying deposit is £20, with 35× wagering on the bonus amount and 30 days to complete it.

Can I set a deposit limit straight away?

Yes. Deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion are available from the moment your account exists, and setting a limit at sign-up is the easiest time to do it.

Does the payment method have to be in my name?

Yes. Any method you use for a payout must be registered in your own name and authorised for you to use, and it needs to match the name on your account.
